Kindred: North Ken is designed to support artists at every level of their career.
By balancing beautiful Artist Studios with flexible Kindred Memberships, we aim to support the entire creative ecology.
Artist Studios
Individual Studios from £370 per month
Shared Studios from £250 per month
Our North Ken building has beautiful artist studios with high ceilings and amazing natural light with floor to ceiling windows .
Artist Studios start at £370 per month, ranging from small to very big spaces, catering for a wide range of practices. We also support the sharing of studios for complimentary practices as a way of increasing collaboration, strenghting the community and keeping costs down.

Studios for one person start from £370 per month.
The only additional cost is a contribution towards Energy Costs.

We encourage artists to share studios as a way of strengthening the community, encouraging collaboration and keeping costs down.
Studios can either be shared in halves or quarters, dependent on the size of the space.

Studios operate an annual leases renewed each year.Minimum Term:
Artist Studios are required to commit to a minimum 3-months.Leaving:
There is the flexibility to give 2-months notice after the minimum term is completed.Deposit:
We hold 2-months rent as a deposit.

Kindred Memberships offer space for everyone within the arts to be part of the Kindred Studios community without the need for a studio. Members have vast amounts of highly flexible indoor and outdoor space to create, experiment and collaborate, with access to professional equipment, as well as optional storage.
